Raising a child with a disability can bring challenges, responsibilities, and decisions that other people may not always understand. Somewhere in the middle of meeting your child’s needs, managing family life, and keeping everything moving, it can be easy to lose sight of your own needs, relationships, and sense of self.

Life coaching offers you a space to think about those things, explore what matters to you, work through difficult choices, and consider practical ways forward that make sense for you and your family.

With more than 20 years of experience in special education, I bring an understanding of the circumstances many families face.

Sometimes we become so accustomed to questioning ourselves, comparing ourselves to others, or trying to meet everyone else’s expectations that we lose sight of who we are and what we actually want. We might struggle with confidence, question our own worth, or find ourselves making room for everyone else while gradually taking up less space in our own lives.

Life coaching offers you the opportunity to explore how you see yourself, recognise beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back, and understand how these influence your choices, relationships, and sense of self.
