How it works
Whether you know exactly what you want to work on, or you’re not quite sure where to begin, we can start right there.
Our conversations will be guided by what matters to you. Coaching gives you the opportunity to explore those thoughts, make sense of what matters to you, and begin discovering what you might want to do next.
We begin with whatever is on your mind. You don’t need clearly defined goals to start.
We look at the choices you’re facing, the patterns you’ve noticed, and what may be getting in the way.
From greater understanding, you decide what, if anything, you’d like to do differently.
Whether you have something specific in mind or you’re still figuring out where to begin, coaching offers a space to explore your thoughts, consider your choices, and discover what matters to you.
Meet from a private, comfortable space without needing to travel.
60 minutes: $75. No long-term commitment required.
Life coaching is not covered by health insurance.
